At Hasonarra, every item is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we are committed to providing a smooth and fair shopping experience.

Returns

Because our products are handmade and often made-to-order, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged or defective
You receive the wrong item
The item is significantly different from the product description

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief explanation of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom or personalized orders
Digital products or downloadable items
Sale or clearance items
Used or damaged items caused by the customer
Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will:

Offer a replacement item, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production or shipping has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
